We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase from LumeAdorn Jewelry. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy, starting from the date you receive your item.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within the 30-day period to request a return authorization. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.

Return Conditions

Please note the following conditions for returns:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
  • Returns must be shipped back to us within 30 days of receiving your return authorization.
  • Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Personalized items
  • Items returned without original jewelry tags
  • Items that have been worn, damaged, altered or modified
  • Items provided as replacements or exchanges
  • Final sale items

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
