Question 8: Can I shower with my LumeAdorn jewelry?

It is not recommended to shower with your jewelry. Our jewelry is made with 925 Sterling Silver with a platinum plating layer. Water, soap, and shampoo can cause the silver and platinum plating to tarnish and reduce the shine. While moissanite itself is unaffected, to protect the settings and metal parts, please remove before showering, swimming, or exposure to moisture.

Question 9: How do I care for my jewelry?

To keep your jewelry looking its best, avoid contact with moisture, cosmetics, and perfumes, store it in a sealed bag or jewelry box, and remove it before swimming, sleeping, or exercising.

Question 10: How do I clean my jewelry?

Use a soft polishing cloth to gently wipe your jewelry. For moissanite, you can clean it with mild soapy water and dry with a soft cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials to preserve its shine.

Question 11: Will moissanite scratch?

Moissanite has a hardness of 9.25, making it very durable and resistant to scratching during daily wear. However, we still recommend proper storage to avoid collision with other hard objects.

Question 13: How do I know if my order has shipped?

Custom jewelry pieces typically take 5-7 business days to be carefully crafted and prepared for shipment. We take great care in ensuring each piece meets your specifications, so please allow this time for us to create your one-of-a-kind item.

Standard shipping typically takes 7-14 business days. If you select express shipping, it takes 5-10 business days.

If the tracking shows that the package has not been delivered, or if you can't locate it, please contact our customer service team with your order number. We will investigate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

If you don't receive an email from our support team within one day, it means your order has already been picked and packed in our warehouse.
